Charme Salon & Spa was founded by its current Director, Anddie Cheung. Anddie grew up in Hong Kong, where she expressed her artistic talent by making cut ribbon flowers, painting water colors and practicing Chinese calligraphy. She started her career in cosmetology in 1980s and by 1983 she opened her own salon in Hong Kong. She won first and second prize in a make-up competition sponsored by Pola Cosmetics. Later she became an instructor at the local YWCA. She took an advanced course in Japan, and upon coming to America, she attended Pivot Point Academy.
